I have received a mail from Now Broadband which says "Your NOW Broadband and Calls are expected to go live on 20/04/2022". As per mail I need to signup and link my account to now broadband . I tried to link my account to Now Broadband but every time it is giving me error "Something went wrong… Please use the same details you provided when you called us to order NOW Broadband" even-though I am entering the correct details. Kindly help me to link account so that I can track my order.

Yes .. I tried on multiple browser. It doesn’t worked for me. It always shows error. Please help me to link my account so that i can track my broadband.

Odd, give the broadband team a call to see if they can sort it out for you.

I signed up 2 weeks ago and had the same problem, called customer services the same day for about 2hrs and they said it would be fixed by the time my broadband goes live, which is tomorrow. Surprise surprise, it still won't work and still getting the same stupid error message each time I try to link my order to my account... I'm starting regretting switching to NOW, now that I've read lots of other people have had the same issue 😞

Hi, Even for me it doesn't work. I am still unable to link my account 😞 My broadband services will be going live on 20/04. This is really annoying that still I am unable to check my account ... I got reply from customer service i.e The issue with linking accounts is still ongoing unfortunately and you will be contacted once we have an update 😞
I am not sure why linking account is taking that much time. Ideally if I have registered using the same id it should automatically link my account . Just hoping they will provide good broadband services and resolve this issue soon.

I have a similar problem. Every time I try to sign up for the broadband offer I get the message Post Code address not found. Ring the customer services and they say the same. They are using a post code finder that is giving false information as all other PC search engines find it without problem. The houses on the estate have been here for 30 years, 60 homes in total. Ask them to use another search engine like the Post Office one and they are not interested. It makes me suspect that because I am at presently with Talktalk that this is being done deliberately because of some tie up with them or they need to change the method of checking addresses. Three times over 4 years this has happened. The first was an excuse that Openreach could not find the PC and the last twice customer services say they can't find it. They could if they tried.
