Hello,
I migrated with my landline number to Plusnet, early April.
However anyone calling me from a Sky mobile or NOW land line, to my landline cannot do so any longer.
Plusnet and Openreach have tried since to find a problem without success.
They suggest I get in touch with NOW, and say it is a porting issue with SKY.
I have tried the NOW help line number, but an automated response wont let me go any further because I am no longer a NOW customer.
Any help out their would be most appreciated.
