ive had a email saying my last payment hasn't gone through. (This was due to Tesco cancelling my card because of a fraud threat) not my fault.
So I have a new card and registered it with Nowtv online.
But there is no way of paying the outstanding month ??
I've tried all sorts and the live chat is not working.
I just keep going around in a loop using a bot??
I tried calling the phone number but after 3 hours I gave up.
There is nothing else I can think of to do.
I tried replying to email but they said they don't reply.
Basically my phone and internet is being cancelled due to non payment.
I can't pay I can't talk to anyone and it can't be resolved.
I live alone and I'm disabled. My phone and internet is my life line especially during this horrible times. I worried sick and I see no way out ??
Any advice or contact from now TV would be much appreciated
