I've placed an order for Brilliant Broadband and Anytime calls. I have an engineer visit for 10/09/19. I'm with VM for BB and Phone, at present. I need to give 30 days notice to cancel. i am aware that i can 'overlap' having Now broadband up and running before my VM is cancelled. I do understand that i'll be paying for both. How will this work with my phone line ( i'm keeping same number ). Will the engineer re-route at the exchange, taking me off VM and on to Now Tv equipment on the 10/09/19? Would it be better to make a different engineer visit closer to the 30 days notice? I'd be grateful for any advice.
