Suspending NOW Broadband

Currently have my NOW Broadband in Glasgow. However with the introduction of the new tiered system in Scotland. I have decided to move to my parents place in the Highlands and have been here for a month already due to caring duties. Seeing as I wont be in my place in Glasgow for possibly a few months and will not be using my broadband. is there a way of suspending my account while I'm not using?

Not aware that you can suspended your NowTV Broadband contract, where you may be better off getting in touch with the NowTV Broadband Team to see if this is possible.

 

There is a couple places under your online account to find the telephone number, but to save you the trouble of finding it, use the telephone number in this link page below.
