Please please please can someone tell me how I speak to someone at now tv. I have never been so frustrated in my life. My phone line has been down for weeks now and all I get is a robot chat telling me everything is fine. I am utterly furious.

Hi I have a now t.v. stock and it has stopped working tried new batteries but still nothing how can I get a replacement one

If no joy, then you could use the free Roku App on your smartphone or tablet apps Store to operate the NOW Stick.
Or alternatively try a factory reset on the Stick by holding in the small reset button on the Stick for about 15 seconds whilst the Stick and television is powered on.
Please be aware if you factory reset the Stick the Roku App will not work until you have initially setup the Stick with a working NOW smart voice remote controller.
If the Stick is still under warranty, then contact the Retailer that you bought the Stick from.
You could try NOW live chat by using the green "order remote" button from this link page below , but last i heard NOW haven't got any replacement NOW Smart voice remotes in stock.

Hello, did you manage to speak to someone regarding your line; I have the same problem; calls not working though broadband does but struggling to find a number to speak to someone! Very frustrating.

Hi i have got the internet since 29 February i have made complaints 12 days ago about the internet no response i try to speak on watcup with my family abroad i have to switch to phone internet i need to cancel as you guys don’t even have costumer service its very bed
