So who do you blame? Smooth transition

After several years with postoffice broadband and phone it was time for a change!  Chose Now TV and the service, reception was better and generally I am very pleased.

During my initial sign up I looked at post office cancellation literature and it said if I went with Virgin to contact them and other providers it was automatic. I would receive literature in  10 days which I didn't but with the covid stuff not surprised. 19 march engineer came out and all was good. April I recieve a bill from post office and emailed them telling I have left.  However, it has continued and I have 2 bills outstanding from post office saying I owe £100. I finally get through to them via the phone and the post office say that the fault lays with Now TV for not contacting them. So now I am trying to contact NOW TV and seems this might be the only way open to me.   Any thoughts welcome because this situation sucks!
