I've been charged for sky sports for the last 3 months with no football .they have not contacted me or sent me any emails regarding compensation but keep billing me full payment.
Is there an email to get some answers or for customer service to contact me

@Anonymous User NowTV have contacted those that purchased a season ticket offering a minor compromise.
I know at the beginning of the lockdown some who had monthly passes were being offered various levels of compensation depending on who they spoke to on live chat or how far they escalated their complaint. I've seen offers of 1 week free when sport restarts to a months free entertainment pass.
I have to ask though - why haven't you cancelled your pass? If it's a monthly pass you should have cancelled it the moment sport was suspended and you wouldn't have paid anything until you restart it!
