i am out of contract with sky - i placed an order with NOW and it was cancelled
Called and spoke to an advisor who said i cant switch from sky to Now
Called Sky and they advised there should be no issues?
I currently have a Now account with cancelled services and it will not allow me to add any services?
Whats going on?

Try the NOW Broadband Team again where you may get a different advisor and get a different response.
If the reply is the same then ask them the reason why, where according to Sky (your existing ISP) there shouldn't be a problem switching from Sky to NOW.
