hi i have a broadband account already. Its at the family home which i wish to keep.
However i am now living elsewhere and am looking at broadband options.
Is it possible to get another broadband line at a different address on the same account?
Trying to minimise disruption and keep it as simple as possible but cannot find any info clearly available and do not wish to waste time on the phone if its a none starter.
I would imagine you would have to create a new account.
If you haven't got time to phone the NOW Broadband Team, then maybe drop them an email using the address showing on the screen shot below.
Should you get a delivery email receipt notification that their email address is full, then reading the tweets over on NOW Twitter they are still getting the email messages sent and are able to read them.
