Scam or genuine call

Hi All,

For the past week and the same time everyday I have received a call from 02083920330 claiming they are from the Sky and are saying I have been having internet issues. The quality on the first two calls was terrible and I have not been having internet issues as far as I can tell (I work from home and spend most of my days in video calls and streaming so would imagine I would of noticed if had been worse recently). 

Does anyone know if this is a genuine number/ever come across this number? I know Now Tv have a relationship with Sky given Now Tv pass includes Sky but call feels iffy.

Any advice would be appreciated.

It's a phone scam during the rounds, where quite a few NowTV members have received similar calls which has nothing to do with NowTV or Sky.

Try typing "scam" or "phone scam" in the top of the Community search box on this forum to see how many people have come across this.
