I have booked a router installation last month and the email informed me the time was morning of 12 Sep, however, I have not met your engineer at that time. I want to know what should I do now.
You don't ever speak to broadband staff on here. To get anything sorted out you must call the broadband team.
The router doesn't get installed, it is the master socket. There are NO engineers from NOW, as they will be from OpenReach.
Did you get any notifications of a change to the go live date?
