My NOW Hub Two was supposed to come by yesterday (24th Nov), but it wasn't delivered to me. I still could not see my parcel though the Royal Mail tracking system says it was delivered.
An engineer from NOWTV is going to visit on 29th Nov, so could you please re-send the NOW Hub Two soon as possible please?
