A fault was discovered during the Now TV Technical checks functionality and an engineer was scheduled. They have just been and confirmed that the Now TV router is the issue.
I need a replacement Now TV router, but can not call support to arrange one. Can a team member please pick up this post and action it?
@Barlew this is a community forum used by other customers. Now TV staff do occasionally pop in but I doubt anyone who can help with your request.
If you go to your account, under the moving home section, there is a telephone number for Broadband customers. Give them a call and they should be able to sort that for you.
