Faultless, fantastically priced service from NOW throughout our time with them.
Owing to my daughter's moving to wi-fi enabled flat share; NOW broadband (I pay for her; ) not needed beyond 21st September '21
Despite NOW website suggesting it easy to leave/cancel - when following online instructions - find I merely am met with further membership offers/voucher redemption i.e. plethora of add-ons but, as yet, no visible extraction route.
I will call, as necessary, though don't relish endless phone menus, muzak and messages while I wait ; )
Would, however, like to let NOW know reason for leaving is neither personal, nor owing to any disappointment with service ; merely this change of circumstances.
Wouldn't hesitate to return to NOW, should it be necessary in future : )

I did find a NOW phone number; in post relating to someone closing down tv a/c or similar.
Very pleasantly amazed - 2 rings and straight through to advisor from cancellations - Gerard - who was incredibly helpful : )
