Raise a complaint

Need a contact number for complaints OR direct email for management / CEO... not the generic email address

The broadband complaints number is 0800 759 1213, which you could have found if persevering with the help pages.

Called this number already , and got a rude unhelpful man in customer services, who refused me to speak to management. All he gave me is the generic complaints email which isn’t good enough.

You can look up Now, but it will give you Sky. Should get their attention either way, though.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.

You certainly don’t get managers or COE contact information on this forum. Use the number provided by @redchiz1  to call the broadband team.
