Problem with ip address

There seems to be a problem with the ip address at the moment it’s not being recognised as a U.K. ip, which is affecting some apps such as Netflix. Any idea how to resolve this?

Have you tried to perform a reset to the router by holding the reset button for 10 seconds?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

I got it working again properly but it has done it again today so must be an issue with the actual line
