Hi,
So I bought a new Monthly Sports Pass on Sunday to be well in time for the season restart and also included the Boost add on for 1080p. The guess what .... on Wednesday the price drops to £25/month for the next 3 months. And the double whammy of poor performance on Wed eve with frequent dropouts and reduced quality for the City v Arsenal game.
How do I get my subs reduced to £25/month and is there a guarantee that Boost can deliver 1080p for popular games?
Thanks for any help/advice.

Hi @Anonymous User
Live Chat would be your best option to see if they can refund you for the full price one month sports pass and then take up the 3 months for £25 per month offer.

Live Chat doesn't work for me, but a lot of customers have had success getting through to them.
If no joy getting through to live chat, then try various internet browsers or another device with a internet browser on it.
HD Boost for the two matches so far was rock solid for me with a cracking picture on both Main Event & Premier League over an Ethernet connection on a 38 Mbps down speed on my NowTV box.
Please note NowTV recommends a stable 12Mbps internet speed at your device to see the full benefit of Boost.

Arsenal have been like that for years 🙂
When Arsenal played City in December, I got a replacement voucher after contacting now tv chat. I took some photos I posted somewhere on this board.
