Poor customer service

Now tv Broadband, you have givin me a very good deal for me to go ahead with your services. but unfortunatly my previous provider had match the offer. So obviously i can cancel your services within the 14 day switch over period.

i hadnt realise how hard it is to try and talk to someone regarding the broadband let alone the only way you communicate is through live chat? and thats only for tv you can never get through to broadband dept.

29th Aug is the date the broadband is going live, i eventually get an e-mail back from you on the 23rd Aug for me to have a chance to cancel the order, i e-mailed back the same day. 29th comes and guess what!! the switch still happened!

i lost my loyalty and champions league football this season!!
