Plan Payment Failure

Hi, I am trying to buy the Superfibre broadband package, but every time I proceed to payment and verify with my banking app, I encounter a notification saying "we've hit a snag, please try again" so the payment never goes through. I have tried and tried again and am running out of time to order internet for my student home before term starts... is anyone able to help?

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
