Placing an order for NOW Broadband

Tried to place an order for NOW broadband. Entered billing details, which then lead me onto the next page asking me to select a time for installation. After selecting a time and clicking continue, the confirmation page did not load. 

 

I did not receive a confirmation email, which it says you are meant to receive to be able to track your order. Anyone got any ideas what to do and if its actually gone through, as I don't want to be charged twice.
