Phone scammers at it again

Hi all,

Just had a 0honecall from someone claiming to be from sky saying I have issues with my broadband speed going up and down.

This is an obvious scan where they eventually ask you to allow remote access to your computer and then are able to do all manner of things.

I'm an IT consultant, don't listen to these pond scum, call them out on it being a scam, if it's genuine, they will be understanding. Hang up and call sky support from a different phone and let them know this has happened to you.

If like me, you call them out they become rude and arrogant or just hang up.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
