I had a power cut , the next day my broadband didn’t work, I was sent out another hub and micro filter which still didn’t work. I was then told an engineer will be out Monday . I was also told I would be compensated for the days loss of service . Fair enough. I then received a email saying i have not paid , well my first month was meant to be free , my payment date is the 25th July , it also says if I don’t pay in 7 days they will cancel my broadband
