Payment

I had to change my payment details today my dad paid my overdue bill on his card my internet came back on at dinnertime. and i keep getting notifications their trying to take the 25 pounds from my bank account at 20.40pm this evening. What is going on. It said my bill was paid october 4th and it wasnt at all. Im so confused and stressed out

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
