Payment

I went on to check my now tv bill as I thought I had maybe missed a payment, upon checking it said that it was paid, however today I've woken up to discover the money has been taken out my account. I am rather confused! I'm not saying that money has been taken twice but the fact that when I'm going on my account and its claiming to be paid then for the payment to come out a week later is very misleading.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
