Ive just checked my bank to see a payment for 9.99 come out my broadband isn't this much and I have no other subscribtions with you I can't seem to find a number to ring either

£9.99 is an Entertainment pass.

Check your account that it isn’t showing this, or any other pass, and that none of your devices have been used recently.

It’s also the price of a cinema membership and sports day membership.

If you’ve followed @RoyB  information you can also check to see if there is a duplicate account for the same payment details before speaking with staff.

So it is. When did the Cinema pass get cheaper? I must have missed the memo…. 😢

Think it was when they got rid of the kids membership and reduced the number of streams without boost.
