My usual payment date for my broadband and calls is 24th/25th.
I paid for my broadband on 24th March, when I have gone into my house bank account (I don’t check this as regularly), I have a payment coming out from the 9th April too, meaning I have paid twice for my broadband this month.
there are obviously no ways of contacting Now TV to sort this out. Any ideas what I can do?

I am not a broadband customer, so I am unsure of the procedure to follow with your issue.
What I can recommend is to fill in the below form and hopefully you get a quick response. There is a freephone number that you can find on the link too, but with the lock-down I can't recall if this is also down.
