Payment failed, now stalled

When ordering broadboad, it charged me £5 upfront for the HUB, and then once I entered my details, it took me to the same payment screen again where I had to enter my details again, this time charging £0. It just continued to do this over and over again.

This got me nowhere and I never got a confirmation of my order.

If I try to go through the whole order process again, the process stalls on the payment screen and I can't get anywhere.
