How do I find went my bill is due it's very confusing

If you click the icon that looks like a head with shoulders, then click on Bills and Payments, you should be able to see what you’ve paid and when the next bill is due.

It says bill paid on 3 Dec but no payment has been taken it's defo confusing they should have card payments setup so u can pay it

I found on my first bill it actually came out 7 or 8 days later, but then has come out on the correct date after that.
