Payment Details & Speed

Hi,

 

Just wanted to ask, I don't see my previous bill and upcoming payments on my payment details page. It's just empty. Other than that, the entire account pages do not show my plans or payment information; it looks like I'm not subscribed to anything. Is there anything wrong? Also, if my speed is capped at 5Mbps which is lower than the guaranteed speed. Is there anything I could do?

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
