My broadband payment is being taken out of my account earlier than the date I get paid, is there anyway I can change this? I get paid on the 23rd of every month but the payment has been coming out nearly 2 weeks before. It keeps being declined and I want to sort it asap.

Have a word with the NowTV Broadband Team to see if they can change your Broadband payment date on their system.

Thank you @schnapps I have rang them and they said I have to ring up after the current payment has been processed. Apparently I have to wait 14 days from the original payment date before they can alter it to the new date. Thank you for your help! 🙂
