Is it happening to all your devices you try ?
When you factory reset the NOW Router did you hold in the reset button on the back for around 15 seconds.
If you still have the Router packing, check the sticker on the Router package box and the sticker underneath the bottom of the NOW Router to make sure they are the same.
Make sure you type exactly what you see and be careful when you come across either a zero or an O (everything should be in Caps).
Can you connect something like a laptop over Ethernet to the NOW Router to then access the Router webpage Settings so you can change the network wifi password on the Router or at least check what the current password is showing.
