Paper Bills

Good day,

 

I need to receive proper paper bills for my phone rental in order to prove payments.

 

Printing my own bills from the webpage is not good enough.

 

Where can I contact with NOW in order to achieve this? 

It is impossible to find a contact email or chat in their webpage.

My understanding is that NowTV don't offer a paper bill with their details on it or a Vat invoice for any of their services (including Broadband & Phone).

 

You can get in touch with NowTV for further clarification on this matter by either live chat, send them a web mail, telephone (Broadband customers only) or by post using this link article below.
