Paper Bills?

Hey everyone,

Is is possible to receive paper bills for my landline, broadband and TV account?

I know we're trying to save the planet but paper-bills are key to my financial management at the moment.

I am not sure that NowTV offer their customers the option for sending out paper bills or issuing VAT invoices (might be wrong thou, due to that i am just a customer like you).

You could go to My Account > Bills & Payments section on here, where you can download a PDF copy of your bills within the last 12 months, but obviously you will need a printer to print off the PDF files into paper copies.

You could drop NowTV an email message on this link below to see if they can accommodate your request for paper copies of your bills.
