PDF bill doesn't have name or address

The PDF of my bill doesn't have my name or address. This is a utility bill as it's broadband, so why does it not show all of the information?

Not being a broadband customer I am unable to answer your question. All I could suggest is to call the broadband team to see if they can confirm with you.

I need my digital bills with my name and address on them, as any legal utility bill a company must provide to their customers.  I need to use these bills as proof of residence as soon as possible. 

Even my dry cleaner puts my name and address on the ticket!  So I am not happy about this situation which obviously is not glorious for such a big company like yours.  

A bill has the legal obligation to mention certain fields like amount due, or the company address and also the name and address of the customer who has to pay the bill, which is the minimum required legally.  I ask you please to comply with the law and provide to me the document I legitimately need.
