I require a broadband bill from Now TV to prove my address for a mortgage. The solicitor states:

“These should be dated within the last 90 days and must have been physically posted to you, not printed or downloaded from the internet.”

I have PDF copies of my bills but can’t find how to request a paper copy is sent from NowTV.

Not entirely sure how it works as I’m not a NOW broadband customer.

Would suggest calling the broadband team and hopefully they will be able to help out.
