Overdue payment

Hi,

my last payment did not go through due to a change of card on my side. Now that I have updated my card details, is there any way to pay what is overdue online with the new details, please ?

The only way i found to pay was the automated pay thing behind the phone number.

The payment shows on my bank and on my account but i have another message saying i have not paid.

There seems to be no way to contact anyone.
