Hi I'm really embarrassed to be typing this on here but live chat is unavailable and my phone bill hasn't been paid either.... basically I lost my job due to the lockdown measures a few weeks ago and I wasn't paid by my previous employer at the end of March so I missed the already overdue payment for my broadband now the other months bill has came around and I don't have the money for that either. I'm starting temp work in a weeks time but won't have any money coming in to pay my broadband until end of April. I got an email saying I've got 10 days to save my account . Just wondering what to do as I can't phone or raise funds until end of month. Would appreciate some advice. Thanks in advance
