Hello,
This month i received and overcharge on the payment. Instead of 25 pounds i paid 35 pounds, no explanation and not what i agreed.
I tried to contact them on the chat but I've been being the 1st in the line for the last 35 minutes...
Any idea of how can i contact them as solve this?

How long have you been with NowTV Broadband is it about 12 months ?
If so the initial £25 price was an introductory offer for twelve months where the std price for Fab Fibre is £35.99.
Should it be because you are out of the 12 months introductory period, then give the NowTV Broadband Team a call to re negotiate a new twelve month deal or look at other ISP where there are always good deals for customers out there who are prepared to swap ISP.
