Ordering wifi

I’ve been trying for 4 days now to order broadband online but everytime I get to the payment screen it keeps saying something went wrong and freezes on the processing payment page

Have you tried a different internet browser or another device with a browser on it when attempting to order the NOW Broadband on their website ?

 

I am not sure if NOW take orders over on the telephone, but maybe try the NOW Broadband Team helpline, using the telephone number on this link page below.

 

Or alternatively drop them a message using the web form on the same link.
