My NowTV Hub Two was supposed to be dispatched on the 22nd of May and delivered the 24th of May. I made several calls when it didn't get dispatched on the 22nd and I didn't receive it by the 24th 5 PM. I was told that I will DEFINITELY get it by the 27th of May since my Go Live date is the 28th.
Yesterday I got an email and a text from RoyalMail that said that I will get my NowTV Hub Two on the 29th.
When I go now to my Orders & appointments page, it says dispatch date as 22nd of May and delivery date as 21st of May (???).
Can anyone advise as to how to proceed with this since it seems I will be charged for the service at least a day before I can even use the service.

If the Hub Router doesn't turn up tomorrow morning then give the NowTV Broadband Team a call (you will find their telephone number under Orders & Appointments by clicking on the drop down arrow below your live date) and ask for some sort of compensation for the delivery delay and get assurances from them that you will not be billed until the Hub is delivered and you can physically go live using their hardware.
If you have switched from Sky to NowTV, then you should be able to keep using your Sky Router until the NowTV Hub Router arrives.
