NowTV Down, NO live chat or service numbers

Why can i not contact anyone about why service being offline, poor performance just generally a joke and why the hell is Online chat not available?

Its great i have a reliable Mobile phone provider  (not Sky) to get some connectivity

I want to cancel as its service is non existent..

Any Advice welcome, And yes i have factory reset and rebooted router already
