NowTV Combo pack - manage passes

So, after taking advice online, I decided to change my combo pack from entertainment o movies. I was advised to first select cinema pass and then cancel the entertianmnet. So this is what i did but when I cancelled entertainment pass it seems to have canceled the cinema pass instead! Anyone else experienced this problem and how was it sorted out?

Not heard of that happening before, but I'd suggest giving the Broadband Team a call (free from your home phone) and see if they can get everything sorted for you.

So why am I now being charged £43.34 per month, not the stated agreed price.... Me thinks breach of contract.

 

Unable to find a telephone number to call or even get online chat (button grey out)........
