Perhaps post some further information on here, then maybe somebody can offer you more assistance where loss of internet or poor wifi is a little tricky to identify where it could be difficult to pin point straightaway even if it's only happening on NowTV and no other streaming service.
Out of curiosity, what NowTV Playback device are you using which is causing the problem and do you own other devices that shows the same symptoms when watching NowTV ?
Are you using the device over Wifi or hard wired Ethernet ?
It you are using wifi how far away is the device from your router and what's the wifi reception like close to where you use the device ?
Who is your internet service provider and what Router make and model are you using and what sort of down speeds are you getting ?
Have you tried rebooting both your playback device and router ?
If your playback device offers the option to remove the NowTV App have you tried deleting then re installing the NowTV App.
Or are you a NowTV Broadband customer and losing the internet middle green light on your NowTV Hub Router ?
