Now tv broadband

How much is my first bill iv went into my account and it says i don't have any upcoming payments

@Anonymous User If your live date is today and your broadband goes live, a trigger will hit the billing system and you will be charged automatically 🙂

Hi Maggie, you will be charged on the day of activation. The bill will be whatever you we're told at the point of sale. If you need me to find out for you just let me know and we will contunue our conversation via email 🙂

Hi do you know why it is saying authentication problem when i try to
connect to the Internet is that normal today is my go live date and it
hasn't let me connect

Hi @Anonymous User

On the day of live activation your broadband could come on any time up until midnight.

When you see the three green lights showing on the front of the nowtv hub router, you then know that your internet is live.
