@Anonymous User If your live date is today and your broadband goes live, a trigger will hit the billing system and you will be charged automatically 🙂

Hi Maggie, you will be charged on the day of activation. The bill will be whatever you we're told at the point of sale. If you need me to find out for you just let me know and we will contunue our conversation via email 🙂

Hi do you know why it is saying authentication problem when i try to connect to the Internet is that normal today is my go live date and it hasn't let me connect
