So I just ordered Now Broadband and I put in an installation address of my new home which I don't move into until later this month. For the delivery address I put in my current address, so I would receive my router in the post ready for me when I move in. However, when I look at the status of my order it is showing my current address under "Kit Delivery" and under "Broadband and phone go live" sections. When I check my personal details though my new address, where I want the internet installed, has a heading of "Installation Address".
After trawling through the community the issue has occurred a few times and seems fairly common, but there doesn't seem to be a clear answer. I have tried calling the contact number and just cannot get through and if anyone can let me know it's fine it would save me the bother of having to keep trying.

Same problem here, seems to be a problem that came up quite a few times and I haven't found a definite answer.

I have the same issue. It looks very common. The installation address is correct on my personal details but "your address" for installation on the tracker is the delivery address. What was the outcome?

@Max81 my tracking says the same and I’m due to move tomorrow. The installation address is stating the same address I had the hub delivered to which would be incorrect.
Do you know if this turned out to be an issue or was it fine?

Yes, it was all fine and worked at my new address. I called someone who said it was just how the website displays the info (I don't think it is particularly helpful for it to show the old/current address as installation).
