Not went Live yet

My now tv broadband was meant to go live yesterday but

hasent went live yet 

i have Tryed everything on line as well as calling and been in a que for oner 20 minutes I have also Tryed live chat and had no success

I was supposed to go live to yesterday and haven't nightmare trying to get hold of now tv customer service waited for half hour on live chat and the number charges to ring let me know how you get on x
