Hello,
I was told I'd receive my internet box before my activation date which is tomorrow. This is still yet to arrive. Ive checked my orders and it says there's nothing there but my activation date is tomorrow.

It should be delivered by Royal Mail and you should have received a tracking number for it. If I were you call the broadband team to get it sorted out.

I can't make any calls out at the moment. I've contacted their twitter and tried online chat but not been successful.. but yeah not received anything from royal mail either

That sounds worryingly like the order hasn't gone through. You will need to contact Now.
How did you order, on-line or over the phone?
Are you currently with another supplier?
