No internet access

Internet down since 6am yesterday I've done all the checks and  reset the box only showing 2 green lights internet light is still off when will it be fixed been ringing all day but not been able to get through and now you're closed its been going off a lot lately since last year paying for a service . I also want to be reimbursed for this or I will be canceling and going elsewhere .
