No broadband for more than 12 hours

Since 10 pm yesterday postcode: NE38 I have been out of network can we have some updates on what's going on and when it will be fixed

Hi @AntonM 

According to NOW Twitter there is an outage in the NE post code area.

NOW have tweeted that Openreach are currently on site fixing the issue.

There was no time scale given on the tweet when it will be sorted, just said hopefully everything will be back online soon where the Openreach Engineers are working fast has possible.

My internet is still down in ne38, anybody else having problems

To save you posting on the forum you should just go straight to the broadband team. As support for broadband never post on the forum.
